We get it, we do. It’s tough to want to start a restaurant, to bring something new to the table, and cause a stir in the dining industry.

HQ’s solution is quite a novel one, they serve Sirloin, and only Sirloin. You don’t get a choice of sauce, or starter, or side. You get Sirloin, chips and salad. Finished, klaar.
